Founded by Pat Duffy in 1976, Duffy Construction Co. Inc. is a Kansas City based General Contracting firm specializing in the retail industry.  From the very beginning, our main focus has been building and remodeling small to medium retail shops in malls and strip centers all over the United States.  To date we have completed; over 5,000 new strip center and mall stores, over 500 design/build stores and more than 500 rehab/remodel stores.

What sets DCC apart is our client-centered approach to construction management.  From permitting to close out, we will work closely with your team to provide a high quality store while maintaining the budget and schedule.  In addition, our field staff self performs the majority of the labor and installation, allowing us a greater degree of quality in the field.  Our field staff has over 150 years of combined experience in all facets of retail construction.
